I’m Jemma and I’m so passionate about helping families to get better sleep because I struggled so much with my son. He had silent reflux and colic and we had such a tough time.
All anyone ever told me was that I needed to leave him to cry so he would learn to fall asleep and sleep through the night.
That just didn’t feel right to me so I went off on my journey to finding responsive ways to improve sleep that were still effective. This then led me to train under the world’s most well-respected sleep experts to become a baby and child sleep consultant.
I created the DNA Sleep Program for parents who are interested in how sleep works so that making changes feels more instinctive. I know that having a resource like this when I was exhausted with Max and didn’t know what to do would have been a lifeline.
This program covers everything you need to know about how to tackle the most common baby sleep problems you will face when your little one is between 6 and 18 months old. With lifetime access it’s a resource you can come back to as often as you need to.
Unlike many other online baby sleep courses, my approach is holistic.
Recognising that the path to a blissful night’s sleep involves many other factors, my baby sleep course also covers helping parents to practice self-care and cope with the stresses of sleep deprivation. As well as baby feeding, napping and moving children into their own room.
In addition, my online baby sleep course includes an entire module dedicated to you, written by experts Emily and Lyndsey.
Emily Dawes is a qualified Personal Trainer and Therapist. She supports women in improving their mindset and using movement for energy and wellbeing. So, as part of this online baby sleep course, Emily shares her tips for creating a positive mindset and covers a number of ways to help promote your own self-care.
Dr. Lyndsey McMillan is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with families. As part of the DNA online baby sleep course, Lyndsey shares advice on dealing with the difficulties of sleep deprivation, the transition to parenthood and also how to cope with a crying child.
