The Bump and Baby Hideout

Class Information

Thanks for booking your place on the Baby Relax and Sleep course, I am really looking forward to meeting you and your lovely baby.

The address is 196 Dane Road Sale Cheshire M33 2LG. The house has cream drive posts that have the number 196 on. Please come through the side gate and the Hideout is at the bottom of the garden, the entrance to the studio is on the front of the building to the right.

If you are walking, there is space to park your pram immediately outside the studio, follow the path into the back garden and turn right in front of the building. The pergola is covered but in bad weather please bing rain covers to be sure.

There should be space on the drive for four cars, please use up all of the spaces, it doesn’t matter if you block anyone in as it will only be people from this class. If the drive is full then please park next to the hedge of the school field where about 6 cars can fit as this doesn’t affect the neighbours as much.

What to bring

Organic massage oil, handouts, drinks and cakes/biscuits are all provided. To reduce Covid transmission risk, please bring a bottle of water for doing the class, I will make you a cuppa aftewards.

Please bring a small towel/blanket and wear comfy clothes as we will be sitting on the floor.

If you drive, please leave your car seat in the car to reduce the number of personal belongings in the room.

What will the course cover

Week one will begin with meeting the group, guidelines for the best times and duration to massage your baby, behavioural states and how to read your baby’s cues, calming techniques and information about oils.

Over the following weeks, you will learn massage strokes for different body parts, working up to a full body massage, one session will cover yoga-type stretches and reflexology and the final week will be a relaxing session all about sleep.
